Who's behind Industrial Native
Industrial technology built by an engineering leader raised on the manufacturing floor. Built where the line never stops. Ready to fit your factory now.
Brian Kelly spent 10+ years in manufacturing: Plant Manager, plant operations, then Tesla, where he led multi-disciplinary engineering teams (software, machine learning, process, mechanical, electrical, integrations) that built and scaled multiple computer-vision products with a strict first-principles approach: technology only where it earns its place.
He noticed the pattern early: cutting-edge tech keeps failing on the manufacturing floor because it's being built backwards. Engineers expert in their stack go hunting for problems to apply it to, and the result is products that don't fit the work. Brian builds around the opposite premise: manufacturing as the foundation, technology earning its place inside it. He came up through plants and warehouses and has built for them ever since. Most computer vision products in manufacturing speak to the floor. Brian speaks from it.
The company name is no accident. Industrial Native: pragmatic, in real-time sync with the work already happening on your floor. Built for your factory, by someone who's done it before.
Four rules we don't bend.
Built to fit your floor
Brownfield-friendly, not just greenfield-elegant. Our hardware mounts where there's already a beam; our software runs where there's already a network.
Fail open, not stop-line
Our systems run parallel to your operation and keep it running even when they are down. Measurement first, disruption never.
Proven before we promise
We don't make claims we haven't already executed. If a number isn't sourced or attributed, it isn't published.
Your data stays yours
Stored securely, encrypted in transit and at rest, never used to train a model that serves another customer, and exportable on demand.
Industrial Native is an independent, founder-run company. No outside investors set the roadmap. Products ship when they earn their place on a real floor, and they're built to be attainable: cost-effective computer vision for the warehouses and plants that big-vendor budgets pass by.
